Suntex Marinas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise kitchen and Front of House, uphold high food quality and presentation, train staff, and ensure health and safety standards. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, and maintain excellent guest service while meeting company standards.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar managerial position, strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to staff such as kitchen prep and cleaning.
• Identify and support all areas of operation including cooking, dishwashing and receiving orders.
• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Adjust staffing levels as necessary.
• Order supplies and conduct monthly inventory.
• Check openings, running and closing side work, and follow through on tasks.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide training.
• Resolve guest disputes or complaints.
• Communicate with General Manager for approvals on policies or procedures.
