Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant/General/Hospitality Manager or similar role.
• Proficient in restaurant operations, cost control and reporting.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during busy season.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Develop menus and revise menus as required.
• Manage financial reporting including inventory, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Support accounting with daily operational items and Suntex F&B projects.
