MissionHires is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a high-volume environment. You will oversee a team of managers and crew, ensure service excellence, and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in GM roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Able to work around 45-50 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of managers and staff to provide exceptional service and maintain an excellent environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, quality expectations, and able to answer questions.
• Anticipate guest needs, interact effectively, and coach the team on service and quality.
• Work in the dining room to monitor guests' food and service experience and coach the team as needed.
• Maintain a positive restaurant environment with energy.
• Ensure current food safety certification is up to date per State Health Department Regulation.
• Foster a food safety culture in line with State Health Department Regulations.
