Suntex Marinas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in Canyon Lake, TX. This hands-on role focuses on cost of sales, customer experience, and driving revenue growth, with proactive problem-solving and opportunity identification.

The candidate will manage menus, supervise staff, and coordinate with accounting on daily items while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Flexibility to work weekends during peak season is required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Proficient in the following dimension of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reports.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during busy season.

Responsabilités

• Daily walkthrough providing feedback to various areas.
• Menu development and revision of menus as required.
• Management of all financial reporting including inventory, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist accounting with daily operational items (cash drop variance, credit cards, A/R, payroll).
• Provide assistance with other F&B operations or projects within Suntex.
