King's Seafood Company seeks a Restaurant Manager for King's Fish House. You will lead front-of-house operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and partner with kitchen teams to uphold the brand's standards.

This role requires leadership experience and the ability to coach crew, manage schedules, and drive service quality across the dining room. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Two years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in business or hotel and restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations, flow of business, and service standards.
• Active involvement in all areas of the restaurant during the dining period to ensure company standards are met.
• Manage financial operations: cash handling, invoicing, vendor relations, and budget variances.
• Handle all human resource related duties for the crew, including interviews and recruitment.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory counts and sales trends.
• Prepare schedules for at least one crew group (servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, supervisors).
• Develop incentive programs and support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recipe specifications and quality standards.

Educación

College degree in business or hotel and restaurant management (preferred)
