Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and reporting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Daily walkthrough with feedback across areas.
• Menu development and revision as required.
• Manage financial reporting including inventory, revenue, customer satisfaction.
• Assist accounting with daily operational items.
• Support other F&B operations or projects within Suntex.
