Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations at our property. This hands-on role covers cost of sales, customer experience, and revenue growth, with a focus on proactive problem solving and identifying new revenue opportunities while evaluating risk/reward in decisions.

The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with restaurant software.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role preferred.
• Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and reports.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily walkthrough providing feedback to various areas.
• Menu development and revisions.
• Manage financial reporting including inventory, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist accounting with daily operational items (cash drop variance, credit cards, AR, payroll).
• Provide assistance with other F&B operations or projects within Suntex.
