Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single-unit operation in the United States. You will ensure fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, safe environment and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and enforce company policies. The role requires 50–55 hours per week, weekend availability, and a passion for superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Complete all required training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality opportunities.
• Assists and resolves guest complaints in-person or by phone.
• Applies the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model to all guest complaints.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly and courteously.
• Directs and conducts regular team training.
• Provides regular feedback for improvement and development of staff.
• Cross-trains and supports development of new skills.
• Maintains a positive, fun work environment while rewarding performance.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Maintains restaurant inventory and organization.
• Oversees routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Prepares and analyzes operation reports.
