Job summary

Burger King in Council Bluffs, IA seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You will manage a team of 10–45 employees, oversee financial controls, people development, and ensure compliance across shifts, reporting to a District Manager.

You should be able to work long or irregular hours to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
