Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage return visits.
• Balance high-quality guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform staff.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for advancement.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes regularly.
• Coach brand service behaviors through training, observation, and feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean at all times.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with the RGM to improve guest metrics through action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to maintain QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and ordering to maintain product availability.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding of new hires.
