Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a single restaurant with 10-45 employees, driving guest satisfaction, sales and profitability. You will oversee operations, staffing, compliance, and the management team across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proven ability to influence profitability through P&L understanding and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience running daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead management team and oversee financial controls, staffing, and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with staff, guests, district and field teams and vendors.
