Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single restaurant operations team and drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee retention. The RGM oversees financial controls, operations, people development, and compliance across all shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work long or irregular shifts to ensure proper restaurant functioning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees).
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, customers, and vendors.
