Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college is preferred.
• 1–2 years of prior restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time for self and team; demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Lead guest service and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach restaurant team members and supervisors.
• Oversee Operations, scheduling, labor optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and local marketing initiatives are executed.
