Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a leading Taco Bell franchisee in Minnesota, seeks a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. You will drive fast, friendly service and ensure quality food while managing scheduling, labor, and profitability.

This exempt management role requires at least three years in restaurant/retail leadership, ServeSafe certification, and a track record of hiring and retaining great staff. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• ServeSafe certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive fast, friendly service and ensure quality food.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall P&L performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with local laws.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; coach performance.
• Address customer issues and maintain high guest satisfaction.
