Job summary

Border Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a Taco Bell franchise location in Minnesota, overseeing staff, ensuring safe, quality food and a welcoming guest experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Schedule flexibility including early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide safe, quality food and a friendly guest experience.
• Schedule and deploy team; monitor performance and accountability to standards.
• Maintain POS system accuracy and report issues (pricing/menu updates).
• Comply with health, safety, and local regulations.
