You will build a strong team, ensure safe, friendly service, manage the P&L, recruit and coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction. Expect top pay up to $100,000 yearly, bonus opportunities, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a strong team, coach employees, and ensure accountability.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cash handling per policy.
