Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and drive exceptional guest experiences at a Taco Bell franchise. You will ensure safety, quality, and service, while building a strong, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or equivalent education.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure safe, friendly, and efficient service.
• Lead and develop team members and Shift Leaders to meet standards.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and training to support labor goals.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation requirements and company policies.
