Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our Taco Bell franchise restaurants in Minnesota. You will oversee the entire operation, build and coach a high-performing team, and ensure excellent guest experiences through safe, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.
