Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant or retail experience minimum.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• ServeSafe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and lead a strong team.
• Ensure guests receive great food and friendly service.
• Lead staffing, hiring, and training to meet standards.
• Manage P&L, costs and profitability.
