Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a high-performing team. You will manage P&L and execute sales initiatives while ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive work environment.

This exempt role requires flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a target of 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; 50 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, customer-focused team.
• Drive a safe, welcoming, and high-performing work environment.
• Manage P&L, labor, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and team development.
