Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and marketing at our quick service restaurant. You will staff, train and supervise the team while driving profitability and ensuring top-quality guest experiences.

We seek a servant leader who can coach and develop people, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance. A High School Diploma is required, with 3+ years of supervisory experience in fast-food preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in fast-food industry.
• Proficient in planning and analytics (P&L, budgets, reports).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and marketing for the quick service restaurant.
• Staffing, training and staff development.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and clean environment.
• Achieve financial objectives through managing people, product and processes.
