Job summary

TravelCenters of America’s Restaurant General Manager role leads the quick-service restaurant operations and marketing functions, including staffing, training and the general supervision of the team to drive profitability. You’ll ensure fast, friendly service, strong product knowledge, and a positive atmosphere for guests.

You will recruit, hire and retain top talent; coach staff, manage payroll and inventory, and monitor safety and compliance while focusing on revenue growth and guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the fast-food industry.
• Strong planning and analytical skills (P&L, budget, expense reports).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office; POS system experience.
