TravelCenters of America is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the General Manager with restaurant operations, staffing, training and development, and driving profitability. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality service, and uphold TA standards, while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant supervisory experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Supervisory experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Operational understanding of POS software.
