Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with restaurant operations and marketing. The role includes staffing, training, supervision, and driving profitability while delivering fast, friendly service to travelers.

You will lead a team, coach staff, recruit and retain talent, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines. Growth and training opportunities are available across TA locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in fast-food preferred.
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to meet company performance standards and improve profitability.
