TravelCenters of America seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the General Manager in operations and marketing within a busy full-service restaurant at TA locations. You will coach staff, drive profitability, and ensure excellent guest experiences with a focus on safety and operational standards.

The role requires supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
