Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members with District Manager guidance.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff; communicates expectations and monitors performance.
• Conducts regular inspections to ensure standards for food handling, sanitation, and safety are met.
• Manages inventory and records accurately to support cost controls.
• Resolves customer issues with professionalism to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
