Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams. Qualifications

• Experience in supervising restaurant or retail teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and operations focus.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, training, and schedule team members with District Manager.
• Coach and counsel team; enforce policies and performance standards.
• Set job expectations; monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain records.
• Resolve customer service issues with courtesy and speed.
• Maintain safe and healthy facility environment and sanitation.
• Own and expand responsibilities to add value to the role.
