Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager in Tomball, TX to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee front- and back-of-house teams, recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant environments.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with District Manager.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance with HR guidance.
• Communicate job expectations and performance feedback to staff.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and records; address food preparation issues and customer service concerns.
• Drive exceptional customer service and achieve operational results.
• Collaborate with District Manager to achieve company goals.
