Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate will focus on customer service excellence and strong operational results, with a passion for growing the business.

The role emphasizes staff recruitment, performance management, inventory control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards to deliver a superior flavor experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff with District Manager and HR involvement.
• Set job expectations, monitor performance, and manage compensation actions; enforce policies.
• Communicate with District Manager about operational and HR issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service with grace to cultivate repeat customers.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facility and comply with health/legal regulations; oversee safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Own new responsibilities and explore value-added opportunities to meet company goals.
