Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members and manage performance.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and policy compliance across front- and back-of-house.
