Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage front- and back-of-house operations.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff to improve performance.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Perform restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met; manage inventory and record keeping.
• Handle customer service issues with courtesy to cultivate returning customers.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in line with regulations.
