Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members in partnership with District Manager
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff with HR in collaboration with District Manager
• Communicating job expectations and performance plans; enforcing policies
• Liaising with District Manager about operational and HR issues
• Conducting regular restaurant inspections to meet standards
• Tracking inventory and maintaining records
• Resolving food prep issues and delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Pursuing value-added opportunities to achieve company goals
