Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to work with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, coaching performance, ensuring safety and sanitation, and driving operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of food service/retail/restaurant supervisory experience.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members; collaborate with District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in partnership with HR and District Manager.
• Set job expectations; plan, monitor and review performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate operational and HR issues promptly with District Manager.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Address food prep issues and manage customer service with courtesy to cultivate return customers.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Take ownership of new challenges and explore value-added opportunities.
