Wingstop is seeking an excellent General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate brings restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members with District Manager support.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in collaboration with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and manage compensation actions.
• Report operational and HR issues to District Manager in a timely manner.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary facility and comply with health regulations.
