Job summary

Border Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant, drive top‑tier guest service, and grow a high‑performing team. You will oversee operations, comply with safety standards, and manage P&L, schedules, and training to maximize profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail, ServeSafe certification, and flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, cohesive team.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and that food is prepared to quality standards.
• Drive fast and friendly service while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively, monitor performance, and coach when needed.
• Manage costs, labor, inventory, and training to meet business goals.
• Uphold Border Foods core values in every guest interaction.
