Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management with strong people leadership.
• Experience improving performance through P&L analysis and budget awareness.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms used in restaurant operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and safety standards.

• Experience recruiting and developing high and underperforming team members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong, prepared team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize top performers and foster equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead rollouts.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
