Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• Total restaurant experience 5–7 years in similar formats.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for time-based experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English instructions and policies.
• Familiarity with HMSHost policies and operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures; ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability and meet targets.
• Hire, promote or terminate decisions; promote HMSHost as an employer of choice.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance with badging requirements.
• Monitor financial and operational data to track unit performance.
• Recognize staff contributions and motivate the team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and health standards are met and enforced.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supply chain issues.
