HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or a cluster of nearby units. You will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, profitability, and ensuring high standards of service. This role combines leadership and hands-on management to drive business success.

The GM I will oversee opening/closing tasks, staff scheduling, training, and adherence to brand and safety policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences at location level.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for time-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations with checklist compliance.
• Manage staffing and deployment to maximize profitability.
• Provide coaching and engagement to staff; ensure compliance with brand standards and training.
