You will manage inventory, schedule labor, optimize costs, and use performance data to drive sales and guest satisfaction while maintaining strong vendor relations and supporting company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, schedules, labor hours, and drive sales.
• Experience using data to measure performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with financial statements, P&L, and expense reporting.
• Proficiency with typical desktop software and restaurant operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards across the team.
• Resolve guest issues with a focus on satisfactory resolution.
