Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant teams, drive sales and maintain brand standards. You will recruit, train and coach staff, manage budgets, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and continuously improve operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving profitability for the location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in restaurant management or shift-lead role in full-service, casual dining or quick-service settings.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Team & Build Culture: recruit, train and develop a high-performing team; coach and appraise staff.
• Drive Results & Manage Operations: meet sales and profit goals; manage labor, inventory and guest experience.
• Develop the Team: train staff with Freddy’s materials; maintain floor presence and motivate performance.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: maintain GPS standards; pass audits and uphold brand directives.
• Financial Oversight: monitor budgets; control prime costs; manage stock and waste.
• Guest Focus & Recovery: address complaints to recover loyalty.
• Adapt & Execute: handle high-stress situations; stay adaptable and educational.
• Performance Metrics & Expectations: work at least 45 hours weekly; meet KPIs and report progress.
