Responsibilities

• Lead the Team & Build Culture by recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team.
• Drive Results & Manage Operations including labor, inventory, safety and guest experience.
• Develop the Team by coaching staff and maintaining presence on the floor.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance by upholding GPS and brand standards.
• Financial Oversight through budgets, prime costs and profitability measures.
• Guest Focus & Recovery by resolving guest issues and building loyalty.
• Adapt & Execute in a fast-paced environment and lead continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, reports and scoreboards to track progress and opportunities.
