Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Collinsville, IL seeks a full-time restaurant manager to lead daily operations. You will oversee guest service, inventory, scheduling, and cost control while upholding Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and experience with P&L and restaurant systems. You’ll coach staff, optimize labor, drive sales, and collaborate with vendors to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience.
• Effective communication with guests, team, and managers.
• Ability to manage inventory, set team schedules, and optimize labor hours.
• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, and KPIs.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L, and expense reporting.
• Proficient in typical desktop software and restaurant operating systems.

• Ensure Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness standards.
• Handle and resolve guest issues with satisfactory resolution.
• Provide guidance to employees with focus on operational excellence.
• Focus on efficiencies in production, labor and food costs.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain good vendor relations.
• Promote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs and procedures.
• Support strategies for operational progress, sales growth and employee retention.
• Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.
