IHOP in Plainview, TX is seeking a General Manager to direct the operation of an assigned unit and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and implement local marketing promotions while meeting SOPs and financial objectives.

The role requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to train and coach a team, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Direct operation of assigned unit and achieve objectives according to SOP and operations plan.
• Develop relationships with IHOP guests and employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; coach and administer compensation plans; document performance issues.
• Ensure food quality, proper temperatures, and adherence to recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and equipment; enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Implement marketing promotions and complete required reports and paperwork.
