You will drive marketing initiatives, maintain quality, and manage inventory and equipment to support daily operations. You will coordinate training, coaching, and performance management, ensuring timely communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and read English
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial objectives and local restaurant marketing goals.
• Lead guest service, HR objectives, recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Oversee restaurant floor operations and ensure professional handling of guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Manage supplies, inventory, equipment, sanitation and safety standards; document performance issues.
