The Press Club Grill is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our soon-to-open location in Wilmington, NC. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and drive profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and communicate effectively with Directors about performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Leading a restaurant or food-service operation.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs, sales and profit targets.
