Qualifications

• Experience managing a QSR or retail operation with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to achieve high performance.
• Availability to meet closing shift requirements and physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe, guest-friendly restaurant.
