Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant, elevate guest experiences, and drive profitable operations in Burbank, CA. You will build and stabilize cohesive teams, teach rather than just do, and own financials including budgeting and P&L oversight.

This role rewards leadership, mentorship, and clear communication, with a comprehensive training program and a competitive compensation package including a starting salary of $80,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, with direct responsibility for financial outcomes.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proven ability to lead, stabilize, and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
