Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team with hands-on leadership, hire and develop staff, manage labor, and drive sales while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will schedule staff, train and evaluate, control costs, maintain cash procedures, and uphold safety and HR policies, while delivering a positive guest experience and supporting company standards.
