Church's Chicken in Natchez, MS is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about delivering high quality, value oriented dining with friendly, accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

The GM will oversee all business activities for the restaurant, ensure sales goals are met, control expenses, train and develop team members, respond to guest feedback, and maintain compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successful completion of training and passing all applicable tests.

Responsabilités

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolves guest complaints in-person or by phone.
• Ensures all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback to staff and identifies areas for improvement.
• Cross-trains staff and assists in developing new skills.
• Maintains a positive work environment while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
