The GM oversees budgeting, training, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and cost control is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Complete training and pass all applicable tests.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvements.
• Assists and resolves guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback and identifies areas for improvement.
• Works with direct reports to cross-train and develop new skills.
• Maintains a positive work environment and ensures safety and compliance.
